Admission Steps

The admission process at Shree Malikarjun Secondary School includes:

  1. School Visit

    Parents are encouraged to visit the school to explore our learning environment and facilities.

  2. Registration

    Fill out the admission registration form available at the school.

  3. Aptitude / Proficiency Assessment

    Students will take a short assessment based on their grade level.

  4. Interaction Session

    A friendly interaction is held with the student, parents, and the school principal.

  5. Admission Confirmation

    Eligible applicants receive an Admission Grant Letter.

  6. Document Submission

    Parents must submit the following:

    • Birth Certificate

    • Transfer Certificate

    • Character Certificate

    • Passport-size Photographs

Admission Procedure

Shree Malikarjun Secondary School welcomes students who are enthusiastic about learning and growing in a supportive environment.

Pre-Primary School (18 months – 5.5 years)

  • Admissions remain open throughout the year, depending on seat availability.

Primary School (6 years and above)

  • Admissions are accepted only at the start of the academic session.

Lower Secondary (10 years and above)

  • Admissions open at the beginning of the academic year.

Secondary School (13 years and above)

  • Enrollment is available only at the start of the session.

To apply, parents must submit the application form along with the required documents. Students will participate in an entrance assessment followed by an interaction session. Selected students will receive admission details thereafter.

Scholarships

Merit-Based Scholarship

Shree Malikarjun Secondary School offers merit scholarships to encourage academic excellence. Scholarships are provided based on students’ performance in internal examinations.

After the First Term Examination

  • 1st Position: 100% scholarship

  • The scholarship continues until the end of the first 6 months.

Scholarship for the First 6 Months

Based on first-term rankings:

  • 1st Position: Full scholarship for 6 months

  • 2nd Position: 50% scholarship for 6 months

  • 3rd Position: 15% scholarship for 6 months

After the Terminal Examination

Scholarships are reassessed and awarded again according to the students’ new positions in the terminal exam.
